摘要
阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome,OSAHS)与脑梗塞二者之间关系密切。现代医学对该类疾病治疗尚存在较大局限性,而中医学对于该类疾病理论及临床实践具有丰富经验。在古今文献的基础之上,文章从OSAHS与脑梗塞的关系、OSAHS的病因病机、辨证论治、针刺、其他治疗及脑梗塞合并OSAHS的中医研究这几个方面展开论述。
Obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)is closely related to ischemic stroke.Modern medicine still has great limitations in treating the disease,however,traditional Chinese medicine has extensive experience in the theory and clinical practice of such diseases.Based on ancient and modern literature,the paper discusses the relationship between OSAHS and ischemic stroke,the main etiology and pathogenesis of OSAHS,Chinese medicine treatment of OSAHS,acupuncture and complementary therapy of OSAHS,and Chinese medicine research of OSAHS and ischemic stroke.
