摘要
以三氟化硼乙醚络合物为催化剂,研究了不同操作参数对C9冷聚石油树脂聚合反应及产品的影响。研究结果表明:聚合反应时间为2~3 h、反应温度控制在15~25℃、催化剂控制在0.6%~0.8%、活性组分控制在55%~57%为较优反应操作参数。通过试验研究和工业验证,该方法具有一定的工业装置指导意义。
The influence of different operation parameters on the polymerization reaction of C9 cold polymerized petroleum resin and its product were studied with boron trifluoride ether complex as catalyst.The research results showed that the optimal reaction parameters were as follows:polymerization reaction time was 2-3 h,reaction temperature was 15-25℃,catalyst was controlled at 0.6%-0.8%,active component was controlled at55%-57%.Through experimental research and industrial verification,this method had certain guiding significance for industrial devices.
