摘要
建立了齿轮箱箱体的有限元模型,利用ANSYS Workbench软件计算得到了箱体的动态响应,并对相关位置进行了谐响应分析。结果表明,箱体最后输出轴上部的肋板处为受力薄弱部位,易发生共振的激励频率为390 Hz左右,箱体设计时,应避开此频率,以免出现共振现象。
The finite element model of gearbox box was established.The dynamic response of box was calculated by ANSYS Workbench software,and the harmonic response analysis of relevant positions was carried out.The results show that the rib plate on the upper part of the last output shaft of the box is the place with weak stress,and the excitation frequency of resonance is about 390 Hz.The frequency shall be avoided in the box design to avoid resonance.
