摘要
为提高煤矿巷道掘进过程中锚杆支护效率,提升锚杆钻机自动化水平,促进煤矿短壁开采的安全生产,针对煤矿锚杆钻机钻臂的功能及工作特点,设计以EPEC3724控制器为核心的锚杆钻臂电液控制系统,并阐述了Co De Sys软件驱动液压电磁比例阀的实现方法。操作面板集成操作按键与HMI显示功能,采用CAN总线与EPEC控制器通信,实现锚杆钻臂工作流程的自动化操作。通过调试及井下实践表明,锚杆钻臂电液控制系统性能稳定、可靠,极大提高了锚杆支护效率,同时降低操作工人的劳动强度。
In order to improve the efficiency of anchor support during the mine tunneling process,enhance the automation level of anchor drilling rig,and promote the safe production of short-wall mining in coal mines,aiming at the functions and working characteristics of the drill arm of coal mine anchor drilling rig,with the EPEC3724 controller as the core,anchor drill arm electro-hydraulic control system was designed,and explained the implementation method of Co De Sys software driving hydraulic electromagnetic proportional valve.The operation panel integrates operation buttons and HMI display function.It uses CAN bus to communicate with EPEC controller to realize the automated operation of the work process of anchor drill arm.Through debugging and underground practice,it is shown that the electro-hydraulic control system of the anchor drill arm has stable and reliable performance,which greatly improves the efficiency of anchor support and reduces the labor intensity of the operator.
