摘要
目的分析在老年消化性溃疡合并糖尿病患者护理中运用循证护理后对患者血糖水平与满意度的影响。方法选取30例老年消化性溃疡合并糖尿病患者,收治时间2018年1月—2019年6月,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,前者行传统护理,后者行循证护理,比较两组血糖平稳率、总有效率与护理满意度。结果与对照组相比,观察组血糖更为平稳,治疗总有效率与护理满意度明显更高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证护理在老年消化性溃疡合并糖尿病患者护理中疗效确切,可稳定患者血糖水平,同时有利于提升其护理满意度。
Objective To analyze the effect of evidence-based nursing on blood glucose levels and satisfaction of patients with elderly peptic ulcer complicated with diabetes.Methods Thirty elderly patients with peptic ulcer complicated with diabetes were selected and treated from January 2018 to June 2019.They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method.The blood glucose plateau rate,total effective rate,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the blood glucose in the observation group was more stable,the total effective rate of treatment and satisfaction with care were significantly higher,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing is effective in the nursing of elderly patients with peptic ulcer complicated with diabetes.It can stabilize the blood glucose level of patients and improve their nursing satisfaction.
