越桔属植物组织培养研究进展 被引量:13

Research progress in tissue culture of Vaccinium plants

摘要 越桔属(Vaccinium)植物普遍具有重要的经济和药用价值,通常作为资源植物被人们所研究和利用。开展越桔属植物繁育研究对保护植物资源和缓解野生植物资源匮乏等问题具有重要意义。目前植物组织培养技术是实现该属植物无性繁殖及大规模工厂化生产的最佳途径。本文从越桔属植物外植体的选择、愈伤组织诱导、不定芽诱导、培养基选择、植物生长调节剂的种类和配比、培养条件以及生根诱导等方面进行了论述,同时探讨了越桔属植物在组织培养过程中出现的污染率、褐化程度严重等问题及解决方法。以便人们较全面掌握越桔属植物组织培养研究现状,并为更好地开展越桔属植物尤其是该属新型资源植物的组织培养科学研究与工厂化生产育苗等工作提供借鉴和帮助。 The species of Vaccinium generally have a wide range of economic and medicinal importantce and are often studied and utilized as resource plants.Researches on the breeding of species of Vaccinium have a great significance to protect plant resources and alleviate the shortage of wild plants.So far,plant tissue culture technology is the best way to achieve asexual reproduction and large-scale factory production of Vaccinium plants.This paper summarized research progress made in studies of plant tissue culture techniques applied to Vaccinium plants from the aspects of explant selection,callus induction,adventitious bud induction,medium selection,the types and concentrations of plant growth regulator,culture conditions,rooting induction.At the same time,the problems and solutions of high pollution rate and serious browning degree in tissue culture of Vaccinium plants had been discussed.This paper is aimed at providing more comprehensive research status of tissue culture of species of Vaccinium,and references and guidances for the scientific researches on tissue culture and industrial breeding of Vaccinium plants,especially the new resource plants.
