摘要
在单因素试验基础上,选择液料比、超声功率、超声温度、超声时间为考察因素进行Box-Behnken响应面优化,确定了超声辅助提取鱼腥草多糖的最佳工艺为液料比40∶1(mL/g)、超声功率72 W、超声温度65℃、超声时间25 min。在此条件下,多糖得率为17.32 mg/g。
On the basis of single-factor tests,the liquid-solid ratio,ultrasonic power,ultrasonic temperature and ultrasonic time were chosen as the factors of Box-Behnken experiments to optimize the extraction of polysaccharides from Houttuynia cordata.The optimum extraction conditions were determined as follows:40∶1(mL/g)of the liquid-solid ratio,72 W of the ultrasonic power,65℃of the ultrasonic temperature and 25 min of the ultrasonic time.Under these conditions,the yields of polysaccharides were 17.32 mg/g.
