摘要
基于水电部门水电管理方面的需求,提出依托CTI技术设计水电信息系统,以保障更好的开展管理工作。在应用CTI技术背景下,阐述系统基本结构,并提出各功能模块设计情况,包含用户登录模块、语音事物处理模块、报表查询管理模块等功能,并对数据库表结构进行详细的设计。研究结果表明,所设计的水电信息系统功能齐全,可以提供多路用户同时开展查询、汇报水电信息、修改秘密等功能,便于更好的完成远程汇报把、查询、管理水电信息的工作。
Based on the demand of hydropower management in hydropower department,it is proposed to design hydropower information system based on CTI technology to ensure better management.Under the background of CTI technology application,the basic structure of the system is described,and the design of each functional module is proposed,including user login module,voice transaction module,report query management module and other functions,and the database table structure is designed in detail.The research results show that the designed hydropower information system has complete functions,which can provide multiple users with the functions of simultaneously inquiring,reporting hydropower information,modifying secrets,etc.It is convenient to complete the work of remote reporting,inquiring and managing hydropower information.
