摘要
目的评定风险管理干预服务开展于胸外科护理管理工作过程中的意义。方法参比组调查内容源于2018年3-11月该医院胸外科任职的12名护理工作人员及收入的32例患者,这组选择一般护理管理干预服务,实验组调查内容源于2019年3-11月该医院胸外科任职的12名护理工作人员及收入的32例患者,这组选择风险管理干预服务,统计护理工作人员护理管理质量调查结果、患者护理风险事件总体计算值。结果两组护理工作人员护理管理质量调查结果、患者护理风险事件总体计算值相对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在胸外科护理管理工作过程中实行风险管理干预服务表明较优管理效果。
Objective To evaluate the significance of risk management intervention services in the process of nursing management of thoracic surgery. Methods The content of the reference group survey was from March to November 2018. The 12-nursing staff and 32 patients with income from the Department of Thoracic Surgery of this hospital selected general nursing management intervention services. The experimental group survey content From March to November 2019, 12 nursing staff and 32 patients with income from the Department of Thoracic Surgery of this hospital selected risk management intervention services, statistics on the results of nursing staff quality management surveys, and patient care risk event overall calculations. Results The results of the survey on nursing management quality of nursing staff and the overall calculated values of patient nursing risk events were statistically significantly different in two group(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of risk management intervention services in the process of nursing management of thoracic surgery shows a better management effect.
