摘要
随着制造业人力成本的大幅攀升和自动化设备价格的不断降低,越来越多的工厂开始引进自动化设备代替人工作业,主要目标是降低制造成本,提高生产效率和品质。从提升生产自动化水平的意义、自动化设备和技术的运用、自动化改造的步骤等方面,阐述汽车行业整车厂生产自动化的运用方法和生产自动化的发展方向。
With the sharp increase of human cost and the continuous reduction of automation equipment price in manufacturing industry,more and more factories begin to introduce automation equipment instead of manual work,the main goal is to reduce manufacturing cost and improve production efficiency and quality.This paper focuses on the significance of improving production automation level,the application of automation equipment and technology,the steps of automation transformation and so on.The application method of production automation in automobile industry,and the development direction of production automation are elaborated.
