摘要
零部件物流作为汽车产业的支柱之一,其精益水平直接决定车企的整体实力。近几年来随着人力成本的大幅提高和自动化设备价格的持续下降,越来越多的车企选择通过导入自动化物流设备,降低物流成本来提升精益水平。结合当前物流自动化前沿技术,从现状分析、项目企划、实施进度和实际效果等方面介绍工厂内物流自动化项目的研究成果。
As one of the pillars of automobile industry,the lean level of parts logistics directly determines the overall strength of automobile enterprises.In recent years,with the substantial increase of human cost and the continuous decline of automation equipment price,more and more automobile enterprises choose to reduce the logistics cost by introducing automation logistics equipment to improve the lean level.Combined with the current cutting-edge technology of logistics automation,the research results of the logistics automation project in the factory are introduced from the aspects of current situation analysis,project planning,implementation progress and actual effect.
