植入型监测装置在慢性心力衰竭患者中的应用进展 被引量：3

Progress in the application of implantable monitoring devices in patients with chronic heart failure

摘要 心力衰竭(心衰)发病率高,反复住院导致医疗负担加重,有效降低心衰再住院率面临巨大挑战。血流动力学变化出现在心衰症状之前,及早发现心室充盈压变化是心衰管理的关键。近年来具有远程血流动力学监测功能的心血管植入型电子器械应用于临床指导心衰治疗。本文综述了5类监测慢性心衰患者的植入型电子装置研究现状,并简要介绍了这几类电子装置主要应用价值及植入物相关并发症等。
