摘要
目的分析研究糖尿病患者凝血四项检验及血脂检验的方法及临床价值。方法选择本院于2016年7月至2018年7月收治的2型糖尿病患者92例作为研究资料,均行凝血四项检验和血脂检验,为观察组,另选择同时间段本院接收的健康体检者92例作为对照组,行凝血四项检验和血脂检验检测,比较两组凝血四项指标(血浆纤维蛋白原、血浆凝血酶原时间、部分凝血活酶时间及凝血酶时间)和血脂指标(三酰甘油、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇)。结果观察组凝血四项指标血浆纤维蛋白原、血浆凝血酶原时间、部分凝血活酶时间及凝血酶时间与对照组各指标比较均差异显著,P <0.05;观察组三酰甘油,总胆固醇,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇,低密度脂蛋白胆固醇与对照组各指标比较均差异显著,P <0.05。结论针对糖尿病患者加强凝血四项检验和血脂检验对评估其凝血异常情况、血脂异常情况具有较高价值,实现相关并发症尽早发现,尽早防范,利于预后,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the methods and clinical value of four blood coagulation tests and blood lipid tests in diabetic patients. Methods A total of 92 patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to July 2018 were enrolled in the study. All patients underwent coagulation four tests and blood lipid tests. They were selected by the observation group and received at the same time. 92 healthy subjects were used as control group, and four tests of blood coagulation and blood lipid test were performed. The four indexes of coagulation(plasma fibrinogen, plasma prothrombin time, partial thromboplastin time and thrombin time) were compared. And blood lipid indicators(triacylglycerol, total cholesterol, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol). Results Plasma fibrinogen, plasma prothrombin time, partial thromboplastin time and thrombin time in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group, P<0.05. Observed group triacylglycerol, total cholesterol Highdensity lipoprotein cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol were significantly different from the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion The four-test coagulation test and blood lipid test for diabetic patients have high value in evaluating the abnormal blood coagulation and dyslipidemia. It is worthy of early detection to achieve early complications and prevent prognosis. It is worth promoting.
