摘要
文章介绍了共聚酯热熔胶的性质及其在服装方面应用,指出共聚酯热熔胶存在的主要问题,并用超支化聚酯H-104对共聚酯热熔胶进行了改性,实验数据表明在超支化聚酯H-104质量占比为3%,共混物流动性最好为8.04g/10min,模拟粘结地毯绒纱强力达到了9.56N。作为胶粘剂中使用的一种,共聚酯热熔胶产品需从高性能化、低耗能化及生态环保化等方面实现产品的创新与开发。
The article introduces the properties of copolyester hot melt adhesive and its application in clothing,points out the main problems of copolyester hot melt adhesive,and uses hyperbranched polyester H-104 to modify the copolyester hot melt adhesive.The experimental data shows that the mass ratio of the hyperbranched polyester H-104 is 3%,the blend fluidity is preferably 8.04g/10min,and the strength of the simulated bonded carpet pile yarn reaches 9.56N.As one of the adhesives used,copolyester hot melt adhesive products need to achieve product innovation and development in terms of high performance,low energy consumption and ecological environmental protection.
