摘要
探索了一种用于评价演练参与人员演练表现的评价方法,阐述了电力应急演练中的各项重要活动,归纳了应急演练的一般模式。介绍了因子分析原理以及主成分法,并采用该方法在一系列评价指标中寻找公共因子,直接把因子得分作为评价得分。这种综合评价方法可以从较多指标中寻找共性,以减少评价指标的数量。
A method to assess the performance of personnel in power emergency drill is explored, the important activities in the power emergency drill are presented and the general mode of emergency drill is summarized. The principle of factor analysis and the major composition method is introduced, and the common factors are found in a series of assessment indexes with this method, the factor scores are taken directly as the assessing scores. It is easy to find out the generality from many indexes by adopting this comprehensive assessment method to reduce the number of assessment indexes.
