摘要
中草药相关肝损伤是指由中药、天然药物及其相关制剂引发的肝损伤。肝脏作为消除外来物质的重要代谢器官之一,是药物毒性的首要目标。因此肝脏极易受到药物的损害,中药的肝毒性研究成为人们关注的热点。近年来,由中药引发的药物性肝损伤的报道日益增多,其毒性机制研究越来越受到关注,并取得一定的进展。查阅近10年国内外相关文献,总结中草药引起肝损伤可能的机制,为科学合理使用中草药提高可靠依据,对于防治中草药源性肝损伤具有重大意义。
Herb-induced liver injury refers to liver damage caused by traditional Chinese medicine,natural medicine and related preparations.As one of the important Metabolic organs for the elimination of foreign substances,the liver is the primary target of drug toxicity.Therefore,the liver is extremely vulnerable to drug damage,and the study of hepatotoxicity of traditional Chinese medicine has become a hot spot.In recent years,reports of drug-induced liver damage caused by traditional Chinese medicine have increased.Research on its toxicity mechanism has received more and more attention and made some progress.This article reviewed the relevant literature at home and abroad for the past ten years and summarized the possible mechanism of liver damage caused by traditional Chinese medicine,and improves the reliable basis for the scientific and rational use of traditional Chinese medicine,which is of great significance for the prevention and treatment of herb-induced liver injury.
