摘要
为开发浮选尾矿的综合利用途径,实现节能减排,分析了铝土矿浮选尾矿除铁方法(物理法、化学法及生物法)的优缺点。根据浮选尾矿中铁的赋存形态和嵌布状态,对影响浮选尾矿络合酸浸法除铁的诸因素进行了系统研究,确定了浮选尾矿除铁的最佳工艺条件:95℃、L/S=5、时间4 h、草酸浓度70 g/L(γA 2.69)。在此条件下,除铁尾矿中Fe 2O 3含量稳定在0.8%以下,除铁率达到94%以上,Al 2O 3溶出率2%左右。物相分析结果表明,在去除浮选尾矿中的铁矿物的同时,除铁前后尾矿中的含铝矿物、含硅矿物的性质未发生变化,这就为除铁后的尾矿用作制取铝硅合金等的原料奠定了基础。
The merits and disadvantages of iron removing processes(physical,chemical and biological processes)for bauxite flotation tailings were compared to achieve comprehensive utilization of flotation tailings,as well as energy saving and emission reduction.Based on the combinedforms and distribution status of iron in the tailings,the factors affecting the iron removing from tailings by complex acid were studied.The optimum technological conditions of iron removal from flotation tailings were set as 95℃,the L/S=5,time 4 h,concentration of oxalic acid 70 g/L(γA=2.69).Under the above conditions,the content of Fe 2O 3 in iron removed tailings is stable below 0.8%,the iron removal rate is above 94%,and the dissolution rate of Al 2O 3 is about 2%.Phase analysis shows that the properties of aluminum and silicon minerals in the tailings before and after iron removal have not changed,which lays a foundation for the tailings after iron removal to be used as raw materials for Al-Si alloys production.
