摘要
目的分析孟鲁司特钠片联合冬病夏治哮喘膏对儿童支气管哮喘的临床效果。方法选取海南医学院第一附属医院2018年6月至2018年9月接诊的104例支气管哮喘患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各52例。给予对照组患儿孟鲁司特钠片治疗,给予观察组患儿孟鲁司特钠片联合冬病夏治哮喘膏治疗。记录两组患儿治疗前后的肺功能指标、细胞因子和T细胞亚群水平,并分析两组患儿的临床疗效、不良反应和复发情况。结果观察组患儿治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗2个月后,两组患儿第1秒用力呼气容积(forced expiratory volume in one second,FEV1)、一秒率(forced expiratory volume in one second/forced vital capacity,FEV1/FVC)、CD3+T细胞、CD4+T细胞水平均显著高于本组治疗前(均P<0.05),核因子κB(nuclear factor-κB,NF-κB)、白介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、白介素-8(interleukin-8,IL-8)水平和CD4+T细胞/CD8+T细胞比值均显著低于本组治疗前(均P<0.05),且观察组患儿FEV1、FEV1/FVC、CD3+T细胞、CD4+T细胞水平均显著高于同期对照组(均P<0.05),NF-κB、IL-6、IL-8水平和CD4+T细胞/CD8+T细胞比值均显著低于同期对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组患儿复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),两组患儿不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠片联合冬病夏治哮喘膏能够有效改善支气管哮喘患儿的肺功能,减轻炎性反应,安全性较好。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of montelukast sodium tablets combined with winter disease cured in summer asthma ointment on bronchial asthma in children.Method From June 2018 to September 2018,104 children with bronchial asthma in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical College were divided into observation group and observation group according to random number method.Among them,the children in control group were treated with montelukast sodium tablets,and the children in observation group were treated with montelukast sodium tablets combined with winter disease cured in summer asthma ointment.The pulmonary function indexes,cytokines and T cell subsets of the two groups before and after treatment were recorded,and the clinical efficacy,adverse reactions and recurrence of the two groups were analyzed.Result The total effective rate of treatment in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After 2 months treatment,the levels of forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),FEV1/forced vital capacity(FVC),and the levels of CD3+T cells and CD4+T cells in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(all P<0.05),the levels of nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8)and the ratio of CD4+T cell/CD8+T cell were significantly lower than those before treatment(all P<0.05);the levels of FEV1,FEV1/FVC,and the levels of CD3+T cell and CD4+T cell in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(all P<0.05),while the levels of NF-κB,IL-6,IL-8 and the ratio of CD4+T cell/CD8+T cell in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(all P<0.05).The recurrence rate of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reaction between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Monte lukast sodium tablets combined with winter disease cured in summer asthma ointment can effectively improve the pulmonary function of children with bronchial asthma and reduce inflam matory reaction,and has good security.
