摘要
自2009年以来,中国汽车产销量已连续10年蝉联世界第一。汽车由上万个零部件,上千个零部件总成构成。汽车零部件产业链很长,涉及行业很多,只有确保供应链上的每一个环节健康稳定,才能确保零部件供应的持续性。文章主要针对当前复杂的国内外环境,提出如何有效地识别供应链风险,并对风险产生的原因进行剖析,进而提出有效的管控方案。
The vehicle's production and sales of China has been No.1 for ten years since 2009.A car is made up of tens of thousands of parts and components.Auto parts industry chain is very long,involving a lot of industries.Only by ensuring that every link in the supply chain is healthy and stable can the supply of parts be sustained.Based on the complex environment at home and abroad,this article proposes how to identify supply chain risk effectively,and analyzes the causes of risk,and then puts forward effective control scheme.
