博落回提取物和葡萄糖氧化酶联合使用对蛋鸡产蛋后期生产性能、抗氧化性能和经济效益的影响 被引量:7

Effects of macleaya cordata extract combined with glucose oxidase enzyme on production performance,antioxidant capacity and economic benefits of laying hens during late period of laying

摘要 试验旨在研究博落回提取物和葡萄糖氧化酶联合使用对蛋鸡产蛋后期生产性能、抗氧化性能和经济效益的影响。试验选择60周龄海蓝褐蛋鸡6000只,随机分成2个处理,每个处理5个重复,每个重复600只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中添加0.25 g/kg的博落回提取物和葡萄糖氧化酶复合物。预试期3周,正式试验期8周。研究结果表明:①与对照组相比,日粮中添加博落回提取物和葡萄糖氧化酶显著提高了4、8、5~8、1~8 wk的产蛋率和产蛋量(P<0.05),显著提高了1~8 wk的蛋重(P<0.05),显著降低了4、8、5~8、1~8 wk的料蛋比(P<0.05);②与对照组相比,日粮中添加博落回提取物和葡萄糖氧化酶显著降低了肝脏和蛋黄中丙二醛(MDA)含量(P<0.05),对肝脏和蛋黄中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性没有显著影响(P>0.05);③与对照组相比,日粮中添加博落回提取物和葡萄糖氧化酶显著提高了8 wk的蛋鸡体重(P<0.05);④日粮中添加博落回提取物和葡萄糖氧化酶相比于对照组能够获得更大的经济效益。综上所述,日粮中添加博落回提取物和葡萄糖氧化酶能够改善蛋鸡的产蛋性能、饲料效率和抗氧化性能,且能够获得更好的经济效益。 This experiment aimed to investigate the effects of macleaya cordata extract combined with glucose oxidase enzyme on production performance,antioxidant capacity and economic benefits of lay⁃ing hens during late period of laying.A total of 600060-week-old Hy-line laying hens were random⁃ly divided into 2 treatments with 5 replicates per treatments and 600 hens per replicate.Hens in con⁃trol group were fed a basic diet,test group add 0.25 g/kg macleaya cordata extract+glucose oxidase enzyme on the base of basic diet.The pre-experiment period lasted for 3 weeks,and the experiment period lasted for 8 weeks.The results showed as follows:①Compare with control group,dietary ma⁃cleaya cordata extract and glucose oxidase enzyme significantly increased laying rate and egg produc⁃tion at 4 wk,8 wk,5~8 wk and 1~8 wk(P<0.05),and the egg weight at 1~8 wk was significantly in⁃creased(P<0.05),and the feed-egg ratio at 4 wk,8 wk,5~8 wk and 1~8 wk was significantly de⁃creased(P<0.05);②Compare with control group,dietary Macleaya cordata extract and glu⁃cose oxidase enzyme significantly decreased the contents of malondialdehyde(MDA)in liver and egg yolk(P<0.05),and there were no significant difference of superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity in liver and egg yolk(P>0.05);③Compare with con⁃trol group,dietary macleaya cordata extract and glucose oxidase enzyme significantly increased the body weight of laying hens at 8 wk(P<0.05);④Dietary supplanted with macleaya cordata extract and glucose oxidase enzyme had more profit than control group.The results indicate that dietary macleaya cordata extract and glucose oxidase enzyme can improve laying performance,feed efficiency,antioxi⁃dant capacity and get better economic benefits.
