摘要
为了解体育赛事志愿者的参与动机和所期望的激励制度,从而推动体育赛事志愿服务体系的发展。采用文献资料法、调查问卷法、访谈法等研究方法,客观分析作为一名体育赛事志愿者的参与动机以及受到哪些激励因素的影响。结果显示:赛事志愿者的动机更多的出于物质动机,其次为自我动机;志愿者最渴望得到的激励要素为物质性激励,其次为外附酬劳性激励。赛事志愿者的参与动机和激励因素存在着某种联系,建议把志愿者的参与动机作为激励制度制定的依据。
To understand sports volunteer participation motivation and the desired stimulation system,so as to better promote the sports volunteer service system.this paper adopts literature data method,questionnaire method,and interview method to objectively analyze the participation motivation and influential stimulation factors of a sport volunteer.The results show that the motivation of volunteers is more material motivation,followed by self-motivation.The most desirable incentive factor for volunteers is material originated,followed by external incentive.There is a certain relationship between the participation motivation of volunteers and the stimulation factors.It is suggested that the participation motivation of volunteers should be taken as the basis for the establishment of the stimulation system.
