摘要
通过溶液分散法将量子点分散在聚己内酯多元醇增韧的环氧树脂混合物中,得到量子点/环氧树脂胶液,将量子点/环氧树脂胶液与固化剂甲基六氢苯酐及促进剂四乙基溴化铵混合加热固化,制备了量子点功能化的环氧树脂光学薄膜。通过紫外-可见吸收光谱、荧光发射光谱等方法对量子点/环氧树脂光学薄膜的性能进行研究。结果表明,量子点/环氧树脂光学薄膜不仅保留了量子点在溶液状态下的紫外吸收和荧光发射的光学性能,而且具有优良的发光性能和力学强度,适合作为光学器件使用。
The quantum dot(QD)/epoxy resin(EP)solution was prepared by dispersing the QD in EP toughened by polycaprolactone polyol.The QD/EP solution was heated and cured by mixed with methylhexahydrophthalic anhydride and tetraethylammonium bromide as hardener and accelerator respectively to obtain QD/EP optical films.The properties of QD/EP films were studied by UV-Vis and fluorescence spectrum(PL).The results indicated that QD/EP not only retained the optical properties of UV absorption and fluorescence emission of QD in solution,but also had excellent luminescent properties and mechanical strength,which were suitable for optical applications.
