摘要
针对钢管混凝土拱架混凝土灌注研究缺少模型试验装置的现状,研制了一种结构形式简单,固定安装便捷,可直观观察试验现象,可实时量测混凝土灌注速度、流速变化及混凝土整体密实度,可定量鉴定拱架各取样段灌注效果的试验拱架。通过对试验拱架结构、原理的分析及试验过程的研究,表明灌注模拟拱架能够较好的揭示各灌注参数对灌注效果的影响规律,可为拱架灌注的设计和施工提供参考和依据。
Due to the lack of concrete pour model test equipment of the concrete-filled steel tube arch research in the current situation, a model test arch simple in structure and easy to fix and install is developed, which can be applied to observe experimental phenomenon intuitively, measure pouring speed, the change of flow velocity and the whole compactness of pouring concrete in real time,quantitatively evaluate the perfusion effect of each sampling segment. The structure, principle and test process of the arch were studied. The research shows that the concrete pour model arch test can reveal the influence rule of various perfusion parameters on the perfusion effect and provides reference and basis for the design and construction of arch perfusion.
