摘要
余甘子是我国传统的药食两用植物,其营养价值较高,且具有广泛的药理作用。研究发现,余甘子对肿瘤及病原微生物均具有抑制的作用,还具有较佳的抗衰老、抗疲劳、抗氧化、提高免疫力、保护心脑血管及肝脏等作用。本文就余甘子药理作用的研究与开发进展做一综述。
As a traditional medicinal and edible plant in China,Fructus emphysema l.has high nutritional value and extensive pharmacological effects.It was found that Fructus emblicae had inhibitory effects on tumor and pathogenic microorganisms,and had better anti-aging,anti-fatigue,anti-oxidation,improving immunity,protecting cardiovascular and cerebrovascular and liver.In this paper,the research and development progress of pharmacological action of Emilia sonchifolia were reviewed.
