摘要
针对中海石油某石化公司加工海洋原油生产的减压渣油性质,对其加工路线进行优化。结果表明:新建溶剂脱沥青装置后,可形成溶剂脱沥青-催化裂解-蜡油加氢处理-焦化组合工艺渣油加工路线,有益于优化产品结构和降低税务风险;生产出的脱沥青油,可以有效地拓宽催化裂解装置原料的来源,实现减压渣油资源的增值;生产出的脱油沥青,可用于调和生产高等级道路沥青产品,提高产品的附加值。
Base on the property of vacuum residuum processed by a Petrochemical Co Ltd,CNOOC,the processing route of vacuum residuum were optimized.The results showed that after the solvent deasphalting plant was built,the combined residual oil processing route of solvent(deasphalting-catalytic cracking-waxoil hydrotreating-coking)could be formed,which was beneficial to optimize the product structure,reduce the tax risk.The produced deasphalted oil could effectively expand the source of raw materials for catalytic cracking unit and add value to vacuum residue resources.The deoiling asphalt could be adjusted to produce some high grade road asphalt products and increase their added value.
