摘要
在对矿井提升机齿轮箱、电动机以及滚筒故障类型、特征以及故障原因等分析的基础上,以JKMD-2.8x4(3)E矿井提升机为例对故障诊断系统进行设计,系统结构包括有监控系统上位机、传感器、数据采集卡以及信号调理器等,并对传感器在提升机中布置位置进行阐述。此研究为提升机故障诊断提供一定参考。
Based on the analysis of the fault types, characteristics and causes of the gear box, motor and drum of the mine hoist, the fault diagnosis system is designed with JKMD-2.8 x4(3)E mine hoist as an example. The system structure includes the monitor system upper computer, sensor, data acquisition card and signal conditioner, etc. The location of the sensor in the hoist is described, which provides some reference for the fault diagnosis of the hoist.
