摘要
目的:研究牙周牙髓联合治疗在重度牙周炎患者治疗中的应用效果。方法:2017年12月-2019年6月收治重度牙周炎患者110例,随机分为两组,各55例。试验组实施牙周牙髓联合治疗,对照组实施单纯的牙周治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗总有效率优于对照组,试验组牙齿松动度、牙周袋探诊深度、龈沟出血指数及菌斑指数均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:牙周牙髓联合治疗在重度牙周炎患者治疗中的临床应用效果显著,能有效提升临床治疗效果,缓解临床症状,有较高的安全性。
Objective:To study the effect of combined periodontal and dental pulp therapy in the treatment of severe periodontitis.Methods:From December 2017 to June 2019,110 patients with severe periodontitis were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 55 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with periodontal and endodontic therapy.The control group was treated with simple periodontal therapy.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.The tooth mobility,probing depth of periodontal pocket,gingival sulcus bleeding index and plaque index of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical application effect of combined periodontal and endodontic therapy in the treatment of patients with severe periodontitis is significant,which can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect,alleviate clinical symptoms,and has high safety.
