摘要
目的:分析对外科重症监护室危重症患者实施肠内营养安全护理路径的应用效果。方法:2017年1月-2018年12月收治危重症患者68例,随机分为两组,各34例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施营养安全护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组护理后血红蛋白和血清蛋白水平均优于对照组,且不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将肠内营养安全护理路径应用于外科重症监护室危重症患者临床护理中,可以更好地改善患者临床症状,减少不良反应发生率。
Objective:To explore the effect of enteral nutrition safety nursing pathway in critical patients in surgical intensive care unit.Methods:From January 2017 to December 2018,68 critically ill patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 34 cases in each.The control group was given routine care.The observation group was given nutrition safety nursing.We compared the effect of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,after nursing,hemoglobin and serum protein levels were better than the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of enteral nutrition safety nursing pathway in critical patients in surgical intensive care unit can better improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
