SIRT3与神经系统疾病关系的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 沉默信息调节因子(sirtuin)家族是一组高度保守的烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸(nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide,NAD+)依赖的蛋白质去乙酰化酶,目前已鉴定出7种哺乳动物sirtuin家族成员,即sirtuin 1-7(SIRT1-7)[1]。SIRT3主要分布于代谢旺盛的器官及组织中,如脑、心脏、肝脏和棕色脂肪组织等。虽然关于SIRT3的亚细胞定位仍存在争议,但主流观点认为细胞核内合成的无酶活性长链型SIRT3在应激条件下转移至线粒体内,经酶切后形成有酶活性的短链型SIRT3,定位于线粒体中[2]。
