摘要
医疗行业的信息化涉及医治、医保和医药等方面,跨地区的医疗更是与大多数人有关的综合性事件。如何解决医疗行业的信息共享以及数据安全问题,是医疗行业实现信息化的关键。基于此,笔者提出了区块链技术的解决方案,采用哈希函数与默克尔树,描述了电子病历存储、第三方远程会诊、医药商保结算以及行业监管等情况下的信息化实现方法,并对基于区块链的医疗、医保、医药的"三医联动"做了初步尝试。
The informatization of the medical industry involves medical treatment,medical insurance and medicine,especially the cross-regional medical treatment is a comprehensive event related to most people.How to solve the problem of information sharing and data security in the medical industry,especially when the third party is involved,is the key to the medical industry informatization.In view of the key medical informatization,this paper presents a block chain technology solutions,using hash function and merkel tree,describes the electronic medical record storage,third-party remote consultation,medicine,business insurance settlement and industry situation of informatization implementation method,based on the blockchain,we have made a preliminary attempt on the association of medical care,medical insurance and drugs,and achieved corresponding results.
