摘要
现阶段,建设项目竣工环境保护验收工作发生了显著改变,原有的管理技术和监测技术难以使实际需求得到满足,造成诸多问题出现。所以,监测人员应重视提高自身能力与素质,把竣工环境保护验收工作做好,第一时间对出现的各种问题作出妥善解决,以提供依据给施工方,使之更好地完成建设项目竣工环境保护验收工作,在有效保护环境的同时,促进社会效益与经济效益的双重提高。
