摘要
目的优化军人门诊就诊流程,实现门诊医生工作站自动划价,减少非诊疗等候时间,提升军队患者对医疗服务的满意度。方法基于"军字一号"工程数据结构,依托Windows操作系统平台,采用C/S系统架构,通过后台数据库部署存储过程的方式,实现计价条目后台自动计价,利用计算机网络和信息技术对现有门诊信息系统进行业务优化,增加自助打印服务系统和军人诊区信息化设施。结果大幅度缩短就诊等候时间,优化军队患者就诊流程,实现"一票通"服务,减轻医务人员的劳动强度,提高工作效率。结论门诊信息化建设的逐步完善,极大方便军队患者就诊,提高医院接诊能力,门诊业务流程得到进一步的优化,提高医院信息化应用与管理水平,促进医院信息化建设全面发展。
Objective To optimize outpatient treatment process, realize automatic pricing of outpatient doctor workstation, reduce the non-medical waiting time for military patients, and improve the satisfaction of military patients with medical services.Methods Based on the data structure of "No.1 Military" project, relying on windows operating system platform and by adopting C/S system architecture, deploying storage process in the background database, the automatic pricing of pricing items was realized in the background. The existing outpatient information system was optimized after adopting computer network and information technology, and the self-service printing service system and information facilities of military consulting areas were added. Results The medical treatment time for military patients has been greatly shortened, the medical treatment process for military patients optimized, "one-ticket-pass-all" service realized, the workload of the medical staff relieved, and the work efficiency of the medical staff improved. Conclusion The gradual improvement of outpatient information construction has greatly facilitated medical service for military patients, improved hospital reception capacity, further optimized the hospital outpatient service process, promoted the application and management level of hospital informatization, and thus enhanced the all-round development of hospital information construction.
