摘要
通过分析当前公立医院行政管理人员职业发展存在的问题,结合某院在构建管理人员培养机制方面采取的对策与实践,为公立医院管理后备干部队伍建设提供有益借鉴。
By analyzing the problems existing in the career development for administrators in public hospitals in China, and on the basis of the countermeasures taken by a hospital, this paper proposed a cultivation mechanism for administrators management, in order to provide valuable reference for the sustainable talent backup of hospitals.
