摘要
临床教学是医学生向医师转变的关键一环,传统教学方式属于灌输式教学,不能充分调动学生学习的积极性,"以问题为基础"(problem-based learning,PBL)教学方式与传统的以教师为主的教学方式不同,强调了学生的主动性,有利于学生临床思维的培养。但是,其需要花费比传统教学方式更多的时间,这与目前内分泌学的课时较少相矛盾。利用微信平台整合教学资源,结合PBL教学,一定程度上弥补了PBL教学方法的缺陷。本文就微信辅助PBL教学在内分泌带教中的应用和体会做一总结。
Clinical teaching is the key to the transformation of medical students to physicians. The traditional teaching method is indoctrinated teaching, which can not fully mobilize the enthusiasm of students. The problem-based learning(PBL) teaching method is different from traditional teacher-based education. It emphasizes the initiative of students and is conducive to the cultivation of students’ clinical thinking. However, it takes more time than the traditional teaching method, which contradicts the current endocrine teaching time. Now the endocrine teaching has less class hours. The use of WeChat platform to integrate teaching resources,combined with PBL teaching, to some extent compensate for the shortcomings of PBL teaching methods. This article summarizes the application and experience of the WeChat-assisted PBL teaching method in the endocrine teaching.
