摘要
旴江医学出自江西抚河流域,经历代医家不断总结发展,逐渐形成独具特色的医学流派,其良医辈出,著述颇丰,医学精髓经大量临床实践而不断得到升华,为后世医家提供宝贵的诊疗经验与理论指导。鉴于此,文章拟就其代表人物龚廷贤所著《万病回春》中痈疽一证的诊治方法进行初步的探析,从龚廷贤对该证的认识、诊疗特色及理法方药入手,阐述其对常见痈疽肿毒的具体治则治法,以期整理总结龚廷贤有关痈疽治疗的中医思维及临床经验,为现代痈疽的治疗提供新思路,从而丰富中医外科诊治的内容。
Xujiang medicine originated from Fuhe River Basin in Jiangxi Province.Through the continuous summary and development of doctors for generations,it gradually formed a unique medical school.Its excellent doctors came out in large numbers and wrote abundant works.The essence of medicine was constantly sublimated through a large number of clinical practices,which provided valuable experience and theoretical guidance for future generations of doctors.In view of this,this article intends to make a preliminary analysis of the diagnosis and treatment of carbuncle syndrome in GONG Ting-xian’s book Wanbing Huichun,and elaborates its specific treatment principles and methods for common carbuncle,swelling and poisoning,starting with GONG Ting-xian’s understanding of the syndrome,characteristics of diagnosis and treatment,and prescriptions and medicines,with a view to sorting out and summarizing GONG Ting-xian’s traditional Chinese medicine for carbuncle treatment.Thinking and clinical experience provide new ideas for the treatment of modern carbuncle,thus enriching the content of diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine surgery.
