摘要
数字经济创新的组织制度基础源自从工业经济到数字经济的组织结构变革。本文在整合现有网络组织、模块组织、平台组织和生态组织等概念及理论基础上,阐释了与科层制概念相对应的网格制概念,指出网格制具有对环境快速变化的高适应性、组织边界的不确定性和组织创新的多元性等主要特征,并从规则、权力和行动三个方面对网格制与科层制的区别进行了具体论述。同时,从制度变迁角度分析认为,新一代信息技术与实体经济的深度融合构成组织结构变革的主要推动力,网格制是科层制随环境变化而变革的演进结果,是数据驱动的组织结构适应性创新的体现,构成数字经济的制度基础和社会秩序。
The innovative organizational system under the digital economy originates from the reform of the organizational structure in industrial economy to digital economy.On the basis of integrating the existing concepts of network organization,module organization,platform organization and ecological organization,this paper explains the concept of gridstitution corresponding to the concept of bureaucracy.At the same time,it points out that grid system has the characteristics of high adaptability to the rapid change of environment,uncertainty of organizational boundaries and diversity of organization innovation.It also discusses the difference between gridstitution and bureaucracy in detail from three aspects:rules,powers and actions.From the point of view of institutional change,it concludes that the deep integration of the new generation of information technology and real economy constitutes the main driving force of organizational structure change.Gridstitution is the evolutionary result of bureaucracy with environmental change,the embodiment of adaptive innovation of data-driven organizational structure,and constitutes the institutional foundation and social order of digital economy.
