摘要
目的:探究急救护理快速通道对急性脑卒中患者救治时间与效果的影响。方法:选择笔者所在医院急诊科收治的90例急性脑卒中患者作为研究对象,按急救护理快速通道建立前后将其分为两组,其中,在急救护理快速通道建立前(2017年1-12月)收治的45例为对照组,在急救护理快速通道建立后(2018年1月-2019年1月)收治的45例为试验组,对两组入院至确诊时间、确诊至治疗时间、绿色通道停留总时间进行记录,并统计其急救成功率与致残率。结果:试验组入院至确诊时间、确诊至治疗时间、绿色通道停留总时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者急救成功率高于对照组,致残率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急救护理快速通道可有效缩短急性脑卒中患者的救治时间,提高急救成功率,并减少患者致残情况的发生。
Objective:To explore the effect of emergency nursing fast channel on the treatment time and effect of acute stroke patients.Method:Ninety patients with acute stroke admitted to the emergency department of our hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to the emergency nursing fast channel before and after the establishment.Among them,45 cases admitted before the establishment of the emergency nursing fast channel(January to December 2017)were taken as the control group,and 45 cases admitted after the establishment of the emergency nursing fast channel(January 2018 to January 2019)were taken as the experimental group.The admission to diagnosis,the diagnosis to treatment time,the total time of stay in the aisle was recorded,and the emergency success rate and disability rate were counted.Result:The time from admission to diagnosis,from diagnosis to treatment,and the total length of stay in the green channel in the experimental group were all shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The success rate of first aid in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the disability rate was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The emergency nursing fast channel can effectively shorten the treatment time of acute stroke patients,improve the success rate of first aid,and reduce the occurrence of disability.
