摘要
在红肉猕猴桃新品种红实2号盛花期后26~182 d测定了其果实纵横径、单果重、干物质含量、可溶性固形物、硬度、果肉颜色等指标,分析了猕猴桃新品种的生长规律。结果表明,红实2号猕猴桃果实呈单S曲线生长,分为细胞分裂期(盛花期后60 d)、果实膨大期(盛花期后60~144 d)和果实成熟期(盛花期后144~159 d)3个阶段,摸清了红实2号猕猴桃果实生长发育的规律,为配套生产技术的制定和适时采收期的确定提供了依据。
The indexes of fruit vertical and horizontal diameter,single fruit weight,dry matter,soluble sugar content,fruit firmness and fruit flesh color were tested and analyzed at 26~182 days after full bloom for the study on the growth law of the new red flesh kiwifruit cultivar Hongshi No.2.The results showed that Hongshi No.2 growed in a single“S”curve,fruit development was divided into three stages,cell division period(60 d after full bloom),fruit inflating stage(60~144 d after full bloom),fruit mature period(144~159 d after full bloom).The growth and development rules of Hongshi No.2 kiwifruit were found out,which provided a basis for the formulation of supporting production technology and the determination of timely harvesting period.
