摘要
木质素是制浆黑液中的大分子难降解物质,在动态错流过滤回收木质素的过程中,通过旋转附件叶片或圆盘的高剪切力来确保可持续的高通量,进而进行连续分离操作。对叶片式和圆盘式动态错流过滤回收木质素进行仿真研究,对过滤腔室内叶片和圆盘旋转时所受的压力进行比较,分析压力随径向距离的变化趋势。通过研究确认,旋转附件800 r/min时所受的压力明显大于300 r/min时所受的压力,叶片旋转时所受的压力明显大于圆盘旋转时所受的压力,随着径向距离的逐渐增大,旋转附件所受的压力也逐渐增大。
In the recycling process of lignin via dynamic cross flow filtration,the large molecule substances—lignin which is difficult to be degradated in pulping black liquor will maintain sustainable high flux through high shear force at the rotating attachment such as blade or disc to carry out continuous separation operation.Simulated research was carried out on the recycling process of lignin by blade type and disc type dynamic cross flow filtration,the pressures experienced by the blade and disc in the filter chamber when rotating were compared,and the pressure variation trend with radial distance was analyzed.Through research,it is confirmed that the pressure experienced by the rotating attachment at 800 r/min is significantly greater than that at 300 r/min.When the blade rotates,the pressure is obviously greater than that of the disc.As the radial distance gradually increases,the pressure on the rotating attachment gradually increases as well.
