单性木兰叶多糖提取及其对DPPH自由基清除能力研究 被引量:11

摘要 采用热水回流法对单性木兰叶多糖进行提取,并优化其提取条件,以及研究其对DPPH自由基(DPPH·)清除能力。结果表明,料液比、提取温度、提取时间对单性木兰叶多糖得率均有影响,影响顺序为料液比>提取温度>提取时间;单性木兰叶多糖的最佳提取条件为料液比1:40 g/mL、提取温度90℃、提取时间2.0 h、提取次数3次,在该提取条件下单性木兰叶多糖的得率达6.05%;单性木兰叶多糖对DPPH·具有较好的清除作用,其IC50值为5.85 mg/L。 The extraction of polysaccharides from Magnolia kwangsiensis Figlar&Noot.(M.kwangsiensis)leaf was studied by hot water reflux method,and the extraction condition was optimized.The DPPH·scavenging activity of polysaccharides from M.kwangsiensis leaf have been studied.The results showed that the yield of M.kwangsiensis leaf polyphenols was affected by ratio of material to solvent,extraction temperature and extraction time.The factors of affecting the yield of polysaccharides in order were ratio of material to solvent>extraction temperature>extraction time.The yield was 6.05%under the optimal conditions:ratio of solvent to material of 1:40 g/mL,extraction temperature of 90℃,extraction time of 2.0 hours and extraction times of 3.The extracts of polysaccharides from M.kwangsiensis leaf presented potential scavenging capacity on DPPH·with IC50 value of 5.85 mg/L.
