摘要
随着智能配电网和需求侧响应的快速发展,有效利用大规模柔性负荷成为未来配电网发展的主要趋势之一。针对现有配网规划模型未充分考虑柔性负荷类型的问题,将柔性负荷分为“源”负荷、“源荷”负荷以及“荷”负荷,提出了一种基于柔性负荷的配电网架多目标规划模型,既考虑基本的规划优化问题,又考虑不同柔性负荷的运行控制策略,采用多目标离散二进制粒子群优化(binary particle swarm optimization,BPSO)算法求解该模型;并提出了一种适应于配电网特性的约束机制,去除大量的不可行解,通过迭代运算,得到Pareto非劣解集,最后,用熵权修正的TOPSIS多属性决策方法求解得出最优方案,作为最终的网架规划方案。以1个25节点配网规划系统作为算例,结果表明,计及柔性负荷的配电网架规划可有效减少规划方案的网损,改善其可靠性指标。
With the rapid development of intelligent distribution networks and demand-side response,the effective use of large-scale flexible loads is one of the main trends in the development of future distribution networks.Aiming at the problem that the existing distribution network planning model does not fully consider the type of flexible load,the flexible load was divided into“source”load,“source load”load,“load”load,and a multi-objective programming model of distribution network frame based on flexible load was proposed.The model considered both the basic optimization of the planning problem and the operation control strategies of different flexible loads.The binary particle swarm optimization(BPSO)algorithm was used to solve the model,and a constraint mechanism adapted to the characteristics of the distribution networks was proposed.A large number of infeasible solutions were removed,and iterative operations were performed to obtain the Pareto non-inferior solution set.Finally,the entropy weight the modified TOPSIS multi-attribute decision-making method was used to solve the optimal scheme as the final grid planning scheme.A 25-node distribution network planning system was used as an example.The experimental results show that the distribution network planning with flexible loads can effectively reduce the network loss of the planning scheme and improve its reliability index.
