摘要
现有土钉支护采用等径水泥浆握裹钢筋的固化体,而新型多盘土锚支护的土钉(简称多盘土钉)为每隔5倍的土钉直径设置一盘体,盘径为等径的1.5倍。为了研究基坑工程中多盘土钉的支护特性,通过FLAC3D软件对基坑中多盘土钉的支护进行有限差分数值模拟,并与等径土钉支护进行对比分析。研究结果表明:与等径土钉相比,多盘土钉支护下的基坑坡面水平位移最大可减少63.4%,并且坑外地表最大沉降值可减少66.3%,表明多盘土钉的支护效果优于相同条件下的等长等径普通土钉。
The existing soil nailing support adopts the curing body of equal-diameter cement slurry to hold the steel bar,while the new multi-diameter soil nailing(referred to as multi-diameter soil nailing)is set up every 5 d with a disc diameter of 1.5 times.In order to study the supporting characteristics of multi-diameter soil nailing in foundation pit engineering,the FLAC3D software is used to simulate the support of multi-diameter soil nailing in foundation pit,and the simulation results are compared and analyzed.The results show that the horizontal displacement of the foundation pit slope under the support of multi-plate soil nailing can reach 63.4%,and the maximum settlement of the surface outside the pit is 66.3%.It can be seen that the effect of multi-plate soil nailing is better than that of the support effect of equal length through ordinary soil nailing under the same conditions.
