摘要
以硼铝硅酸盐玻璃为基础玻璃体系,制备了低介电封接玻璃,并采用拉曼光谱、热膨胀测试、介电性能测试等方法表征了Al2O3质量分数的变化对玻璃的结构与性能的影响。研究结果表明,随着Al2O3质量分数的增加,玻璃网络结构首先变得致密然后又出现疏松化现象,热膨胀系数、介电常数及介电损耗都先减小后增大,而转变点和软化点先增大后减小。
Based upon alumina borosilicate glass as the matrix,a series of sealing glasses with low dielectric constant and low dielectric loss were prepared.The effect of Al2O3 content on the structure and properties of the glass was investigated by using Raman spectroscopy,thermal expansion tester,bending beam viscometer and precision impedance analyzer.The result showed that with the increase of Al2O3 mass percentage the net structure of sealing glasses became tighter first and then looser;the thermal expansion coefficient,dielectric constant and loss tangent of sealing glasses decreased first and then increased,but the Tg and Ts increased first then decreased.
