摘要
目的探讨日间手术术前管理及应用效果。方法选取2017年6月至2018年5月在我院接受日间手术的6721例患者作为对照组。2018年6月至2019年5月在我院实施术前管理期间接受日间手术的11202例患者为观察组。术前管理包括:加强日间手术团队的管理、严格筛选日间手术的术式和手术患者、规范院前健康教育、入院前对患者进行手术评估、术前1天进行手术预约与通知。比较两组日间手术的各项评价指标及患者对日间手术满意度。结果观察组与对照组比较,术前等待时间缩短,手术取消率下降,住院时间缩短,且患者对就医体验、院前健康教育、诊治过程、治疗效果及住院费用的满意度高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论术前管理能提高日间手术的管理效果和手术效果,提高患者满意度,值得深入开展。
Objective To explore the effect of preoperative management for day surgery.Methods A total of 6721 patients undergoing day surgery from June 2017 to May 2018 in our hospital were included as the control group.A total of 11202 patients undergoing day surgery from June 2018 to May 2019 in our hospital were included as the observation group and given preoperative management.Preoperative management included strengthening the day surgery team management,strictly screening surgeries and patients for day surgery,standardizing pre-hospital health education,carrying out surgery evaluation before admission,and making surgery appointment and notification one day before surgery.The evaluation indicators of day surgery and patients'satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had shorter preoperative waiting time,low surgery cancellation rate,shorter length of stay,and higher patient satisfaction with medical experience,pre-hospital health education,diagnosis and treatment process,outcome and expenses than the control group,and the differences were all statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion Preoperative management can improve the management and treatment effect of day surgery and increase patient satisfaction,so it is worthy of being practiced widely.
