摘要
为适应新技术、新模式、新产业的发展及人才需求,新工科建设势在必行。学科融合和协同创新等有效解决现实中复杂和前瞻性问题。物流作为交叉融合专业,与新工科专业关联紧密。分析新工科背景下物流类专业交叉融合发展的内外部环境和态势,从宏观层面通过学部制改革、协同创新等为学科融合提供组织和制度保障,搭建产学研合作平台,探索“物流+新工科”专业发展的应用情境、教学模式、创新实践体系等,培养具有工程实践、创新能力又具有先进管理理念、人文素养和社会责任感,引领智能制造、新零售等产业发展的应用复合型人才。
In order to meet the development needs of new technology,new mode and new industry,the construction of new engineering is imperative.Discipline integration and collaborative innovation can effectively solve complex and prospective problems in reality.As a interdisciplinary,logistics is closely related to the new engineering specialties.This paper analyzes the internal and external environment and makes situation analysis of the cross integration development of logistics majors under the background of new engineering,provides organization and system guarantee for the integration of disciplines from the macro level through division system reform and collaborative innovation,builds the cooperation platform of industries,universities and research institutes,explores the application situation,teaching mode and innovation practice system of“logistics plus new engineering”professional development,in order to cultivate inter-disciplinary and compound talents who have engineering practice and innovation abilities,and advanced management concept,humanistic quality and social responsibility,can lead the development of intelligent manufacturing,new retail and other industries.
