摘要
为了探讨UV-B在植物工厂紫叶生菜水培种植中的应用,本试验在红蓝组合光中添加不同强度的UV-B,研究其对紫叶生菜生长及品质的影响。结果表明,随着UV-B强度的增加,紫叶生菜株高及地上鲜重受到显著抑制;高强度的UV-B辐射会降低紫叶生菜可溶性糖和VC含量,显著增加花青素及总酚含量,提高抗氧化能力。综上可知,UV-B辐射可以加深紫叶生菜颜色,但会抑制鲜重增长,可能需要进一步缩短辐射时间。
In order to study the application of UV-B in the hydroponic cultivation of red wave lettuce in plant factory,the growth and quality of red wave lettuce was studied by adding different intensities of UV-B in the red blue combination light in this experiment.The results showed that the plant height and fresh weight of red wave lettuce were significantly inhibited with the increase of UV-B intensity.Under high intensity,UV-B radiation could reduce the content of soluble sugar and VC,significantly increase the content of anthocyanin and total phenol,and improve the antioxidant capacity.In all,UV-B radiation could deepen the color of red wave lettuce,but could inhibit the increase of fresh weight,which may need to further reduce the radiation time.
