摘要
速生桉木是最具实木高附加值开发利用的人工林材种,快速、高质量、低成本干燥是其高值化利用的关键技术。在分析人工林桉木材性的基础上总结了其干燥特性及干燥技术,探讨了真空干燥和冷冻干燥在人工林桉木干燥上的利用前景,并给出了相关建议。研究内容对提升桉木的干燥质量、优化干燥工艺具有指导意义,可为我国速生材桉木实木化利用提供理论依据和技术保障。
Fast growing eucalyptus is one of the most high value-added plantation timbers.Rapid,high-quality and low-cost drying is the key technology for its high value utilization of this wood.Based on the characteristic study of eucalyptus,this paper analyzed its drying characteristics and drying techniques,especially discussed the prospects of vacuum drying and freeze drying of eucalyptus plantation,and presented some suggestions.The research is of guiding significance for improving drying quality of eucalyptus and optimizing the drying process,and provides theoretical basis and technical guarantee for the solid utilization of eucalyptus fast-growing wood in China.
