摘要
边缘计算由于其低延时和位置感知、适应移动以及分布式特点将在工业互联网时代应运而生。作为边缘计算的关键设备,云边服务器需要适应工业生产中的各种恶劣环境,从而对其性能指标有着严格的要求,特别是在电磁兼容设计方面。从电磁兼容性(EMC)的角度,以云边服务器VGA接口电磁兼容性设计为例,从电路设计、PCB布线以及机构设计等多角度来分析硬件工程师和机构工程师容易忽略的问题,从而减小电磁干扰(EMI),确保工业互联网场景,特别是SMT工厂中的云边服务器的电磁兼容性,以满足系统稳定度和鲁棒性。
The edge computing is emerging in the industrial Internet era due to its low latency,location awareness,adaptive movement and distributed characteristics.As the key device of the edge computing,the cloud edge server needs to adapt to various severe environments in the industrial production,so that strict requirements are defined on its performance indicators,especially for its electromagnetic compatibility(EMC)design.The EMC design of VGA interface on the cloud edge server is taken as an example to analyze the problems that are easy to be ignored by hardware engineers and mechanism engineers in the several aspects such as circuit design,PCB wiring and mechanism design,so as to reduce electromagnetic interference(EMI)and ensure the industrial Internet scene,especially for the EMC of cloud edge server in SMT factory,to meet the system stability and robustness.
