摘要
目的讨论640 nm红光频闪治疗仪、调节集合训练控制眼轴长度联用对近视患者的临床价值。方法选取在医院接受诊治处理的88例近视患者作为研究样本,接受诊治时间为2018年3月—2019年4月,以数字随机表将全部患者划分为两组。参照组运用基础性的诊治方案,观察组运用640 nm红光频闪治疗仪、调节集合训练控制眼轴长度联用方案。记录、对比两组的临床诊治结局。结果较之参照组,观察组的临床有效率明显更高(P<0.05),相比于参照组提升20.45%。结论在近视患者的临床治疗过程中加入640 nm红光频闪治疗仪、调节集合训练控制眼轴长度联用方案,具有操作便捷、有效、安全的优势,有利于改善患者的临床症状,提升临床治疗效率。
Objective To discuss the clinical value of 640 nm red stroboscopic therapy device and adjustment set training control axial length combined with myopia.Methods Eighty-eight patients with myopia who were treated in our hospital from March 2018 to April 2019 were screened.The patients were divided into reference group and observation group by digital random table.The reference group used a basic diagnosis and treatment plan,and the observation group used a 640 nm red stroboscopic therapeutic apparatus and a control set control to control the axial length of the combination.Record and compare the clinical diagnosis and treatment outcomes of the two groups.Results Compared with the reference group,the clinical effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05),which was 20.45%higher than that of the reference group.Conclusion In the clinical treatment of myopia patients,adding 640 nm red stroboscopic therapy device and adjusting the combination of training and control of axial length,the diagnosis and treatment outcome is very good,and it has positive significance for the improvement of clinical characterization,and it is easy to operate.The safety factor is high.
