摘要
本文结合检验工农业机械用摩擦片摩擦性能的工作实践,采用鱼刺图分析方法,系统地分析出影响摩擦性能检验结果准确度的基本因素,并采用事故树分析的方法,全面地分析其基本的影响因素,得出3个最小割集和3个最小径集,最终提出了有针对性的措施。
In this paper,based on the practice of inspecting the friction performance of friction plates for industrial and agricultural machinery,the fishbone diagram analysis method was used to systematically analyze the basic factors that affected the accuracy of the friction performance inspection results,and the method of accident tree analysis was adopted to comprehensively analyze its basic influencing factors,and obtained 3 minimum cut sets and 3 minimum diameter sets,and finally put forward targeted measures.
